Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
Pickler is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or missing information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.
