Refund policy
1. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Customized or personalized products
2. Return Process
Step 1: Log into your account using the email from your order. If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email address used at checkout.
Step 2: Once logged in, go to Your Orders, select the order you’d like to return, and click Request a return.
Step 3: Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and select a reason for the return, then submit your request.
Step 4: If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label with instructions via email.
Step 5: Package the item securely and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.

3. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your return is approved.
5. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@pickler.ca or reach us through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, details and a photo of the defect or damage.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
Please note that processing a return may take 7–10 business days, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
